Ingredients
1.Minced Pork 200 grams
2.Egg 1 bubble
3.Rice 1 plate
4. Onions 2-6 pieces
5. Tomato 2-6 pieces
6. Garlic 6-7 pieces
7. Oil 2 tablespoon
8. Sugar 1 tablespoon
9. Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
10. Salt 1 teaspoon
11. Pepper ½teaspoon
12. Lime ¼ pieces
13. Cucumber 1 pieces
Cooking method
1. First, add heat up a pan with oil. Add minced garlic and fry until golden brown.
2.Second, add minced pork and stir until cooked, followed by egg and stir well.
3.Then add steamed rice and followed by onions and tomato stir well
4.Later season with sugar, soy sauce, salt, stir to combine and taste as you like.
5.Finally, put on a plate sprinkle on ground pepper and serve with lime and cucumber slices.
