1. Minced Pork 120 grams

5.Chili 2-5 pieces

6.Lime 2 ½ tablespoon

7.Fish sauce 3 ½ tablespoon

8.Sugar 1 teaspoon

9.Celery 2-5 pieces

10.Water 3 cup (750 ml)

11. Boiled water 1 cup (250 ml)

Cooking method


1. First, will put the medium pot and put water on medium or hight heat, when the water boils, add minced pork. and vermicelli wait until the minced pork and vermicelli is cooked.

2. Second, will put the chili into the bowl to cook the sugar and fish sauce.

3.Add a boiled water, stir together

ree

4. Add lime then add onions and tomato to finish the dressing.

5. When the minced pork and vermicelli are cooked, turn off the heat and add the dressing.
